Dr. Tina Scott is a respected leader in executive coaching and organizational development, known for her evidence-based and emotionally intelligent approach to leadership wellness. With over two decades of experience in healthcare leadership and industrial-organizational psychology, Dr. Scott has become a trusted voice in helping professionals prevent burnout, establish boundaries, and build sustainable balance within their teams. As an adjunct faculty member at Temple University and other distinguished institutions, Dr. Scott teaches courses that bridge psychology, leadership, and human performance, shaping the next generation of innovative and compassionate leaders.

Beyond academia, she leads a thriving group practice, Dr. Tina Scott & Associates, and delivers corporate wellness training and retreats designed to enhance resilience, strengthen emotional intelligence, and improve workplace culture. Her creative initiatives including therapy parties and wellness experiences reflect her passion for making mental wellness accessible, engaging, and transformative.
