It takes a village. Great work does not happen in isolation – and our board members take this truth to heart. The following individuals serve as senior-level chapter leaders, volunteering their time and expertise to keep AMA Philadelphia a strong marketing partner in our region.
Chelsea Bronstein, President & Vice President, Volunteer Engagement
Chelsea is an Account Manager at TD Bank within Studio 361, the organization’s full-service in-house agency, where she manages a portfolio of several business lines and maintains relationships between internal/external partners, vendors and the creative team. She also plays the role of video producer for the studio as she helped stand up the function to where it is today. Previously, Chelsea has held positions in both higher education and healthcare marketing. She started as a volunteer in 2016 as the Social Media Director and happily joined the board after 2.5 years of volunteering. A recipient of AMA’s Volunteer of the Year Award and Rising Star nominee, she’s very passionate about the chapter and looks forward to sharing her experience with all members and volunteers.
Christine Callahan, Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Christine Callahan, Sprint Manager at Studio 361, TD Bank’s in-house creative ad agency, is known for her ability to lead cross-functional efforts while streamlining operations. Over the course of 10 years, Christine has demonstrated leadership in the areas of marketing, business development and project management. In her current role, Christine manages timelines and resources for sprint planning with the agile team to ensure successful execution of marketing deliverables. Previously, as Senior Marketing Coordinator at a global engineering firm, Christine coordinated the complete life cycle of the proposal process including project pursuit, planning, execution and client delivery. Her love of managing and cultivating relationships served her well in her role at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia where she worked with state economic development representatives and real estate brokers to assist with business attraction efforts.
Casey Powell, Vice President, Programming
Casey is a Marketing Assistant as Sweet Rose Studios, a small business-focused marketing company specializing in online solutions. Her experience includes promotional and content marketing to build brand awareness.
Meg Ryan, Vice President, Memberships
Meg Ryan is an Account Executive for Synthesio, an Ipsos Company. Synthesio is a leading social listening platform and Meg is responsible for developing client relationships. Meg’s background includes business development, trade show marketing, account management and project direction in the consumer insights industry. She has served on the Philly AMA board previously as the VP of Membership and served as President of the Philadelphia Insights Association.
Matt Roberts, Vice President, Collegiate Relations
Mr. Roberts is a Principal Consultant at Swiftward, a consultancy providing strategic planning, market penetration, expansion, and engagement programs for clients in the pharmaceutical, nutritional, personal care, life science, and biomedical research sectors. He has worked with emerging, established, and blockbuster brands across a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas. He formerly served as VP, National Sales & Marketing for Quip Laboratories, VP of Product Development & Marketing for InfoMedTek, and Director of CenturyLink’s National Healthcare Solutions Center. A past president of AMA Philadelphia, he is a recipient of the AMA’s Marketer of the Year Award for excellence in both Customer Specific Marketing and Corporate Branding. He has served as a judge for AMA chapter awards, nationally, and guest lectures in Marketing at Philadelphia-area universities.
Justin Stone, Vice President, Sponsorships/Partnerships
Justin is a locally MBA educated, award winning marketing professional with 8+ years of sales and marketing experience. Throughout his career he has formed partnerships with numerous Fortune 100 companies to achieve success. He has a passion for continued learning and continues to add certifications and other technical training to grow his knowledge base. In his full-time employment Justin is a sales and marketing consultant, where he works with top manufacturers in IT to implement their channel marketing programs. Justin works with his clients on strategic planning, content creation/curation, data and trend analysis as well as providing industry insights.
