Meet our Board

Sharon Aitcheson
President
Sharon Aitcheson brings more than 30 years of marketing expertise with a strong background in brand marketing, direct mail, and strategy development for clients across various industries.
Known for fostering collaborative work environments, she has helped organizations strengthen their brands and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Sharon holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and has dedicated over 15 years as a volunteer with the Philadelphia chapter of the American Marketing Association. She joined the board in 2022, and has served in various committee leadership roles, and now currently serves as
president.

Trung Nguyễn
Secretary & VP Chapter Operations
Trung bring over 20 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, now specializing in digital marketing for B2B and manufacturing businesses.
He is passionate about helping businesses turn strategy into action by combining the latest digital tools and AI innovations with a human touch to solve real challenges and unlock new opportunities.
Trung is the owner and consultant of a WSI World digital marketing agency, helping clients implement data-driven marketing strategies to grow their online presence, generate leads, and drive sales.

Marcia Bailey
Treasurer
Marcia Bailey is a seasoned and detail-oriented accountant with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in financial reporting, tax compliance and audit preparation.
She’s proficient in financial analysis and budgeting, with a strong ability to identify
discrepancies and implement eDective solutions to enhance financial performance.
Her clients include alternative school, churches, restaurants, spa, bars, motorcycle clubs, business networking groups, technology firms, law firms, tow truck companies, lawn and landscaping companies, builders and construction company, event
planners, travel brokers and agents, real estate brokers.

Jenna Armato
Executive Director
Jenna became a certified coach and trainer in 2018 with the mission to facilitate growth in the lives of others. She works with individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations in Leadership Development, Growth & Resilience, and Effective Communications.
Prior to becoming a coach and trainer, Jenna spent 20 years working in the advertising and marketing industries developing strategies in customer experience, relationship development, content, commerce, and engagement both online and offline.
Jenna values service to community and currently serves on the Board of the Pottstown Hospital, TriCounty Community Network, the Foundation for Pottstown Education, and the Pottstown Rotary Community Fund.

Jim Thompson
VP Collegiate Relations
Jim has over 35 years of professional experience in sales and brand management.
He has been teaching undergrad marketing and international business courses since 2012, and has led student immersion classes to France, Denmark, and Sweden. Jim is also an advisor to the award-winning Temple Student Marketing organization (AMA Chapter).
Jim is an Assistant Professor of Practice at Temple University’s Fox School of Business in Philadelphia where he pulls from his experience with brands including Quaker Oats, IRI, a Chicago-based marketing research firm; and as global CEO for Ipsos ASI, a leading advertising research business. Jennifer Benton
VP Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility
Jennifer has over a decade of experience in digital marketing strategy, empowering nonprofits, small businesses, and creative professionals to amplify their message, expand their reach, and drive meaningful engagement.
She’s consulted with influential faith leaders and mission-driven organizations across the U.S. and U.K., helping them clarify their voice and elevate their impact.
Jennifer is currently the Marketing Strategist for a faith-based nonprofit and its book publishing company, where she develops and executes high-impact marketing campaigns for national conferences, publishing initiatives, and digital learning programs.

Samantha Wood
VP Programming
Samantha Wood brings over a decade of experience in marketing, blending strategic insight with compelling visual storytelling.
With a background spanning both in-house and agency roles, she specializes in branding, design, and purposeful communication.
Samantha holds a BA in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design and a minor in Business, as well as an MFA in Media Design. She currently owns Inzpire Agency, a boutique creative studio in addition to her role as an adjunct instructor at Temple University for the past ten years, teaching in the Communications department under the Art Direction track.

Chris Buoni
VP Membership & Volunteer Engagement
Chris has over 30 years of experience helping direct marketers create successful outbound campaigns across analog and digital platforms.
He has served on multiple boards and committees in the marketing and design communities, including AIGA Philly, BMA Philadelphia, and PhillyDMA. He believes strongly in community building and creating opportunities and building expectations for an active and involved membership.
Chris is the VP of New Business Development at Perfect Communications.

Madeline Milligan
VP Marketing & Communications
Madeline brings extensive experience in strategic marketing and communications, with a strong focus on advancing mission-driven organizations.
Her expertise spans digital strategy, content development, and integrated marketing initiatives, particularly within the nonprofit sector supporting youth and family programs.
She holds a B.A. in both Business Communications and Human Resource Management, a M.S. in International Business and an MBA.
Madeline is the Director of Marketing & Communications for Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware, and is the Chair of the Marketing Committee for the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
