It takes a village. Great work does not happen in isolation – and our board members take this truth to heart. The following individuals serve as senior-level chapter leaders, volunteering their time and expertise to keep AMA Philadelphia a strong marketing partner in our region.

Bernie Clark, President
Bernie is the global marketing director at Catalent Pharma Solutions (NYSE:CTLT) headquartered in Somerset, New Jersey. He has global responsibility for the strategic business planning process, as well as marketing, communications and new product development for Catalent’s Clinical Supply Services (CSS) division.

John Sitarski, President-Elect
John is the online marketing manager for ASTM International, an international standards development organization located in West Conshohocken. He is responsible for supporting several lines of business with online marketing strategy, lead generation and content creation efforts aimed to build awareness, educate customers and raise demand for ASTM’s enterprise subscription services.

Kelly Raible, Secretary & Immediate Past-President
Kelly is AMA Philadelphia’s Past-President and has served as a volunteer leader with the chapter since 2013. She is currently the Director of Marketing for a regional pediatric dental health network, and previously led the marketing department of ECG Management Consultants, named by Forbes as one of America’s best management consulting firms. In addition to healthcare consulting, Kelly formerly worked in public relations for a prominent children’s hospital, and spent time in account management for a Philadelphia-based advertising agency.

Angeline May, Treasurer
Angeline May is President of OnMarket Solutions, an independent marketing and design consultancy helping small and mid-sized companies achieve growth, improve retention and meet business development goals. She is based in West Chester, PA where she co-founded the Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center and serves as Executive Director of TEDxWestChester.

Angeline’s background includes client service account management with Fortune 500 companies; ground level work with innovative private equity, technology and community-based start-ups and creative work in graphic design, photography and copywriting.

Kate Mahler, Vice President, Programming
Kate is a Senior Account Executive at Evoke Health, a full service health and wellness agency, and has experience in account management across both pharmaceutical and consumer brands. As a senior account executive, Kate is responsible for overseeing the execution of a number high-value projects, managing client relations, and mentoring junior account team members.

Allison Benton, Vice President, Membership Engagement
Allison is a Strategic Marketing Manager for Drexel University Online. In this role, she is responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans for online programs within Drexel’s School of Education, Thomas R. Kline School of Law, College of Arts and Sciences and the Westphal College of Media Arts and Design. Prior to joining Drexel, Allison spent many years in the healthcare industry working in the corporate marketing departments at both Jefferson and Einstein Healthcare Network.

Jenna Armato, Vice President, Recognition Programs
Jenna is the Chief Empowerment Officer for Attract, Engage, Inspire, LLC. In this role, Jenna is a Speaker, Coach and Trainer who helps individuals dig deep within themselves and develop plans for personal growth that stretch well beyond comfort zones. She provides businesses, non-profits and youth organizations with education in leadership development and effective communication – to create cultures in which people are deeply excited to go to work each day and to help shape today’s youth into tomorrow’s leaders. Jenna brings 20 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising to this role.

Debra Lipenta, Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Debra is the Director of Communications and Marketing for the Philadelphia Youth Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating poverty and inequity through education and employment. With more than 10 years experience in both corporate and nonprofit marketing, having local and national reach, her expertise is in strategy, branding and event management.

Stephanie Marchak, Assistant Vice President, Volunteer Engagement
Stephanie is a global creative services and marcom professional for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA). Prior to the HBA, she was the director of the studio school and exhibitions at the Abington Art Center; she spent time as a marketing manager for a regional developer and as a fine-art gallery director. Stephanie’s professional history is both in and out of the non-profit sector.

Robin Seward, Vice President, Executive Programming
Robin has over 25 years of marketing experience specializing in the restaurant industry. Her experience includes reinvigorating brands like Arby’s, Rita’s Water Ice, Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Burger King. From brand strategy, marketing, research and development, consumer insights to team building, Robin brings a broad range of experiences to the AMA.

Dan Vogel, Vice President, Analytics
Dan is the Founder of DBV Marketing. As a boutique small business marketing consultant, Dan develops marketing strategies, plans, tactics & analytics to help transform small businesses into financially thriving organizations. Dan is also the Vice President of Strategy at Grateful Plate, a health supportive Meal Delivery Service and Catering company that serves the Greater Philadelphia Region.
