Sharon Aitcheson
President
Jenna Armato
Executive Director
Jenna became a certified coach and trainer in 2018 with the mission to facilitate growth in the lives of others. She works with individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations in Leadership Development, Growth & Resilience, and Effective Communications.
Prior to becoming a coach and trainer, Jenna spent 20 years working in the advertising and marketing industries developing strategies in customer experience, relationship development, content, commerce, and engagement both online and offline.
She combines her passion and expertise in growth facilitation with her extensive marketing background and often works with entrepreneurs helping them develop strategies, processes, and systems to expand their businesses and their impact.
Jim Thompson
VP Collegiate Relations
Jim is responsible for collegiate engagement, and is an Assistant Professor of Practice at Temple University’s Fox School of Business in Philadelphia. He has been teaching undergrad marketing and international business courses since 2012, and has led student immersion classes to France, Denmark, and Sweden. Jim is also an advisor to the award-winning Temple Student Marketing organization (AMA Chapter). Prior to teaching at Temple, Jim has had 35 years professional experience: 10 years in sales and brand management at Quaker Oats; 14 years with IRI, a Chicago-based marketing research firm; and 11 years as global CEO for Ipsos ASI, a leading advertising research business. Anna Connolly
VP of Programming
Anna Connolly is a Senior Marketing Specialist at Nilear where she manages content strategy for digital ads, branded social media channels, and emails as well as events and partnerships. She is passionate about creating campaigns that inspire clients and building strong communities around brands. She graduated from Villanova University in 3 years with a B.B.A. in Marketing and is starting her MSES there in the fall. Diona Lovejoy
VP of Partnerships
A Pennsylvania native, Diona has over 10 years of marketing industry experience. Her focus is on developing trusted relationships with each client while delivering effective results for their business needs.
Outside work, Diona and her husband have four kids and love to spend time in Maine on the lake. She also is an actively producing artist and member of the Berks Art Alliance, showing her work whenever possible.

Damian Stamm
Secretary & VP for Technology
Damian Stamm is a graduate of Temple University and a Pragmatic Marketing-certified product manager with 15 years of experience. Prior to that, he spent over two years working at an advertising agency. A member of AMA Philadelphia for the past 18 years, he has served in other AMA Philadelphia roles as VP of Technology and VP of Special Projects for Communications. He enjoys bringing his years of experience at the AMA to the Board, while helping each Board member be as effective as they can. Additionally, he welcomes fellow marketers who are interested in getting their feet wet in the AMA, and might want to support the chapter with a generalist approach.
