Sharon Aitcheson, MBA
Sharon Aitcheson’s record of achievement and creativity as a marketing and brand management professional, formulating powerful advertising campaigns to generate revenue and increase market share for clients places her among the leaders in her field. With extensive expertise in multi-media communications, integrated & direct marketing, and client relationship management, Ms. Aitcheson has thrived as a Senior Account Manager with Mitchell & Resnikoff for over 10 years, covering priority accounts that include AmeriGas, EP Henry, and Rita’s Franchise Company. Prior to assuming her role with Mitchell & Resnikoff, Ms. Aitcheson excelled as an Account Manager with The Weightman Group, a Philadelphia-based advertising agency that was ultimately acquired by Mitchell & Resnikoff in 2004. Ms. Aitcheson holds an MBA from the Penn State School of Graduate Professional Studies and earned a BA in Liberal Arts from Penn State University. She served on the board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Marketing Association for three and a half years, including two years as its President, and is certified in E-Commerce, Social Media and Digital Marketing.
Mr. Bristowe is Vice President of Marketing Strategy at PSCU, the nation’s largest credit union services organization. His previous Marketing leadership roles included Chief Marketing Officer at CommCreative, a full-service branding, marketing, web, and public relations firm, focusing on unified marketing and digital/social media campaigns, and Founder of VividContext, an agency that combined digital marketing with traditional marketing campaigns. Prior to this, Mr. Bristowe rise as a Marketing star began at Embarc, Inc., a website execution and development company where he rose to become its President. He is a past President of the American Marketing Association’s Boston chapter and a past member of the AMA International Board of Directors. Mr. Bristowe is a graduate of Nyack College.
Mr. Clark is the Vice President of Herr Foods where he leads a team of talented marketers in planning, branding, innovation, and expansion initiatives for one of our region’s most recognized, beloved, and fastest growing, food companies. Mr. Clark’s own rise as a Marketing star included leadership roles at sector leaders Sara Lee, Kellog’s and Lipton. As the owner of his own firm, 24k Marketing, his consumer packaged goods Marketing expertise has assisted SC Johnson and other clients. He is a past President of the Philadelphia chapter of the Marketing Executives Networking Group. As an Adjunct Professor in Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, Mr. Clark lent his insights and expertise in Brand and Reputation Management to rising stars in the school’s MBA program. He received his own MBA from Drexel University and is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island College of Business Administration.
Dawn Pelon has over 20 years of experience in the integrated brand and channel marketing communications industry. She has worked with industry-leading companies in the automotive, manufacturing, agricultural, and technology sectors such as CNH Industrial (New Holland), Mercedes-Benz, Navistar, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Lenovo, AOL and consulting companies Carlson Marketing Group and Maritz Performance Improvement Company. She is currently a Managing Partner of strategic marketing firm Think3 Marketing. Dawn shows leadership qualities in both her business and professional life as frequent industry conference speaker and as a past five-year Board member of the Philadelphia American Marketing Association. She received her master’s from Michigan State University and her undergraduate from the University of Michigan.
Ms. Phelan’s exceptional career in Marketing includes senior executive leadership roles with leading companies in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Information Management sectors. Currently Senior Vice President for Life Sciences Commercial Growth at Outcome Health, she formerly served as Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Head of Worldwide Commercial Operations after serving as Head of BMS’ Worldwide Customer Engagement Center. Prior to her arrival at BMS, Ms. Phelan was a leader of Pfizer’s Customer and Market Engagement teams and an Executive Director at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Before joining BMS, Ms. Phelan was a Marketing leader at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals where she rose from Territory Sales Representative to Sales Management to Senior Director of the company’s Consumer Communications team. Ms. Phelan has been a rising star in the world of Marketing since graduating from Franklin & Marshall College.
Mr. Roberts is Managing Director of Swiftward, providing strategic planning, market research and customer engagement programs for clients in the pharmaceutical, nutritional, life science and biosafety sectors. He was formerly Vice President for National Sales & Marketing for Quip Laboratories, Senior Consultant at marketing consultancy MJRC, VP Product Development & Marketing for InfoMedTek, and Director of CenturyLink’s National Healthcare Solutions Center.
A past President of the American Marketing Association’s Philadelphia chapter, Mr. Roberts served on the PennJerDel Bank Marketing Association Board. He has received the Philadelphia AMA’s Marketer of the Year Award for excellence in both Customer Specific Marketing and Corporate Branding. He has served as a judge for both professional AMA chapters nationally, and Philadelphia-area university competitions. He is a graduate of The George Washington University.
