Our chapter offers a variety of events to fulfill the needs of our marketing community:
MARKETING LEADERSHIP SERIES
Marketing Leadership Series is our chapter’s quarterly program series that features premium content delivered by experts from nationally-recognized brands. Targeted toward today’s savvy marketing leaders, our presenters each share compelling stories with actionable takeaways. In particular, each presentation addresses one or more of The 7 Big Problems in Marketing, which reflects extensive research conducted for AMA’s first ever Intellectual Agenda.
SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS
Free for members, SIGs are an excellent way to network and enjoy focused discussion with like-minded marketers. We offer two SIGs:
- AMA Trend Talks: A collection of intimate coffee chats that occur in and around the city. Marketers of all functional areas are welcome to attend in their local neighborhood to discuss the latest industry trends and best practices — or to come with a pressing question and seek advice from your peers.
- Digital Marketing SIG: A quarterly gathering of marketers seeking to explore and learn about new approaches, trends, companies, and pertinent information to enhance their skills and understanding of best practices in digital marketing.
AMA Philadelphia also hosts special events throughout the year that offer unique learning and networking experiences for our marketing community.
- Super Bowl Smackdown: An annual event that is beloved by our members, this event features a panel of big-brand marketers conducting a critical assessment and lively debate over recent Super Bowl commercials.
While most of our chapter’s programming is conducted live and in-person to facilitate networking, several opportunities exist between our local chapter and AMA to participate in virtual learning and events.
